He thought the work would take until the end of the day, so a shuttle was ordered to take me home. Fortunately it was the week of the Masters golf tournament, so I was looking forward to a few hours watching that classic tournament. Surprisingly, I had a call after about three hours that my car was done, so after an efficient Uber ride back to the dealership, I picked up my car. The "checkout" was very quick and efficient, and soon thereafter, I was on my way home. And back to the golf tournament. A very professional dealer service department! More

No pressure Employee's were friendly. Salesman was knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and I didn't feel pressured into buying, or making a quick decision. The v Employee's were friendly. Wish a six figure car was more cared for. Paint was damaged by tree sap. Jaguar so far is taking care of the damage, with no blow back. More

Very focused on making sure I was satisfied I have found in my past experiences service at dealerships to be less then satisfactory. I took my vehicle in for service and found I did not have to I have found in my past experiences service at dealerships to be less then satisfactory. I took my vehicle in for service and found I did not have to wait to be served. My service attendant was knowledgeable and fully understood my issues. After leaving my vehicle to be serviced, I was given some expectations, if parts were needed, the problem found would need to wait or I could expect my vehicle to be ready in about 4 hours. I was called and told my vehicle was ready after about 4 hours and all my issues had been fixed. I am quite happy with my service experience and that of my service representative. More
