Great Experience at Land Rover Bellevue I recently took my car to Land Rover of Bellevue for service over a couple of concerns I had. My service advisor was Sheneta and she was fabulous. She let me know everything that was happening along the way and cared about my transportation to and from the dealership while I left my vehicle there. They took care of all my concerns and were overall great to deal with. Thank you! More

Thinking about a Porsche SUV for my next car This is the second time in a month I had to bring my 2018 Range Rover Evoque in for service on the same issue - and that’s after I had to leave the ca This is the second time in a month I had to bring my 2018 Range Rover Evoque in for service on the same issue - and that’s after I had to leave the car for another round of analysis when I came to pick it up after the first service visit and the same error light came on as I prepared to drive out of the service bay. This second round took 2 days for service to even have time to look at it, and a total of 8 days before service received the authorization it needed from tech support to replace the battery. Battery replacement is where the repair should have started last month and most definitely should have been the starting point when I came in the second time. The tech support standards for service need to be reviewed. I also encountered issues with availability of a loaner, hassles about the time limit on a rental, and poor communication about the timeline for testing and evaluating the first attempt at repair - which required one weekend and a day - Monday - because neither the service advisor nor his team were in on Monday after I was told it would be tested and I would receive an update on Monday. And then the final issue - as I prepared to drive the car off the lot after 8 days, having authorized service to drive it to test the issue, I discovered the car was completely out of gas. Service arranged to have it filled and brought it back - it was filled to just below 1/2, which must have been exactly where it was when I brought it in. Service reception told me that is the standard. However, given everything else I already had dealt with in the previous 8 days, and given that this was the second time in a month I had been in for service on the same issue, it seems like service could have given me a full tank. This is my second Range Rover Evoque. I did not have any issues with my first Range Rover, though I was not impressed with the service department then either. However, I figured since I am leasing the car, I didn’t have any problems with the first Range Rover, and I love my Range Rover, it was not worth changing car makers. I called the other dealers in Lynnwood and Tacoma to see if they could service the car any quicker after I was told it would be at least 2 days before there was an available tech. Lynnwood was about the same timeline. Tacoma could have had a service tech look at it that day but did not have any loaners. And when I told the Bellevue service advisor this, he informed me that so long as there is an open tech support ticket, the car had to stay on the service lot and he could not discuss any more about the service process until a tech reviewed the car.... I am very disappointed in my Range Rover service experience. More

The ability to communicate via text is terrific and saves each side tremendous time. More
