This dealership did not follow through on their warranty obligations on a brand new defender. I had to go elsewhere to get my very first oil change and a different shop to get my windshield replaced. Jeff, my service agent, was great - service takes too long, no communication, repeat problems and no follow up. I couldn’t get my car washed when I came to pick it up unless I waited 20 minutes - and my long, no communication, repeat problems and no follow up.
