She ordered the tail light in for me in a timely manner, then once it was in stock, she let me know & scheduled me when it was most convenient for me. Plus, she was aware of the fact that I had a 5 year old little girl & how it’s hard to wait around w/a child. Plus knew that a previous appt, if not every time I’ve been into Range Rover, including purchasing my first & second car, the amount of time & the hoops I had to go through each time was horrendous & ridiculous. So, Alina got me in & out in literally 30 min. I have NEVER experienced anything like it at Range Rover. She was so prompt & also so incredibly kind to both me & my daughter. She is absolutely AMAZING! And, is aware of the customers time & doesn’t take advantage of the customer once they walk through the door by eating up their day. Instead she got us in & out & showed such a great amount of respect for my time. She should be everywhere! Thank you Alina! More

They don’t care They don’t listen to what the issues are. If you live out of town and have to take days off to go in for service it is an issue about the miles out o They don’t listen to what the issues are. If you live out of town and have to take days off to go in for service it is an issue about the miles out on the loaner. They have a problem with animals in loaner when they are service dogs. Car was picked up from service with issue not resolved. Missed 2 days work and have to reschedule. More

Got it done, just unorganized I got there at 8:30a and there was no one there. The service entry door was closed so I waited until someone showed up. They didn’t have any of the pa I got there at 8:30a and there was no one there. The service entry door was closed so I waited until someone showed up. They didn’t have any of the paperwork prepared. Looked like there was a breakdown in their process. My appointment was for standard yearly maintenance. I had reserved a loaner but that was not ready but there was one available. All in all, what I thought would be a 10 min drop off (or less) turned into at least 45 mins. More
