Upon completion of the courtesy inspection, the technician noticed an issue and corrected it immediately. Shane in service notified me of a faulty sensor and replaced it under warrantee. Great Experience with Advisor Robin My car had a defective battery and was dead and would not hold a charge. Rude service from the start I went in to have my car serviced. Admittedly it was busy but Shane who i worked with was condescending to me from the get go. I tell him Whats wrong and that i would like an oil change he seems in a hurry to get rid of me and hands me a bill for $1500 i told him i had the all included package. Points to his computer and says thats not what the computer says, how would it be free in the rudest tone talking down to me as if i was asking for a hand out. I told him to forget about it and just fix whats wrong with the Jag. They put me in the dirtiest loaner ive ever been in. Seriously it was disgusting, they didnt bother to clean it at all looked like the previous driver spilled something in there. And hours later text me to say it turns out i did have the elite package and they did the oil change for free. Gee thanks. More

What a pleasure to d My 2016 Range Rover Sport HSE TD6 has experienced turbo lag problems since I purchased it. It now runs better than it ever has. What a pleasure to drive w/o the turbo lag. The brakes were adjust perfectly. Big thumbs up on the mechanical issues. The car was washed and supposedly cleaned on the outside. There were several spots missed on the exterior and a big patch of gunk below the fuel filler almost like there had been a fuel spill of some sort. The interior did not appear to have been cleaned as there were several routine pieces of debris on the carpets and seats, windows not cleaned on inside. Sheneta was my service rep. She was very professional and courteous and did what she said she was going to do when she said she would. More
