My booking was cancelled due to their workload then after rescheduling they said it wasn’t in their books. I was shuffled between two service people who were harried and struggling. The price was obscene for a routine maintenance that required nothing except an oil change for over $700. Makes me start to search for a different dealership. More

Fairly typical dealership experience I’m not a fan of cat dealerships so I’m a bit biased so take that into account. This dealer is consistently “overpriced” per CarGurus analysis and the I’m not a fan of cat dealerships so I’m a bit biased so take that into account. This dealer is consistently “overpriced” per CarGurus analysis and they advised me they do so as they put a lot into the reconditioning of their pre owned vehicles prior to selling them. I found them to be willing to move some if you bring the data with you and advise you’re only asking for a fair deal. Once the sale is complete the follow up for minor items we found on the vehicle was non existent. I was advised I would get a follow up call from the manager. I did get that call and he advised he would call me back to see if he couple hope fix some items we found on the vehicle once we got it home. I’ve never had the follow up call. Very poor follow through. Anyhow I wish I could say it was an extraordinary experience like I had with Audi in Newport Beach Ca when I purchased my 1 year old A8L but it was not. It was typical car dealer stuff. They have a lock on the market in Seattle and Bellevue do your left to shop elsewhere if you want some choice. Had a wonderful experience at Land Rover Portland and if they had the vehicle I wanted I’d go there or Spokane Land Rover. Customer service experience when test driving etc was great and Spokane is willing to deal which is even better. Love our LR4 but not a fan of the dealership at all. More
I delivered my XJL @ 0950 for a 10:00 appointment I had decided to wait in the waiting room for the grill exchange, One and a half hours later (11:30) I decided. to walk to a near restaurant when I f I had decided to wait in the waiting room for the grill exchange, One and a half hours later (11:30) I decided. to walk to a near restaurant when I found my car was still not in the service bay! I was offered a loaner car as the repairs were to be much later than expected. My wife is a terminal cancer patient and my absence from her is critical...thus I appreciated the loaner car. I received a phone call @ 0225 that my. car was ready for pickup. I returned to Jaguar and found the repairs done very professionally...as was the car wash..The car looked great! My problem, is that the bill included $561 for labor...for a three hour labor time. I think the bill was wrong and said so at the time. I felt this was excessive. My earlier estimate for the grill replacement by Zorn was much lower to replace two parts of the grill...not for just the one grill part that was installed.. Thus, the bill was excessive for the job and exceeded Zorn's estimate earlier. Thus, I'm happy with the grill replacement...but not the bill. Dr. James M. Marta. More

Sheneta and Team Crushed It Frankly I was not happy that my car (while in for a brake squeaking) issue was sent through the car wash only to have the rear passenger door handle p Frankly I was not happy that my car (while in for a brake squeaking) issue was sent through the car wash only to have the rear passenger door handle plate come off... The second time this has happened since buying my 2018 Velar. Sheneta took my bluster with grace and owned the situation- ordered the new piece and kept me informed along the way through part being delivered, painted and ready for install. Overall bad situation resolved like a pro! More
