Poor Service, great car Booked in for a service with a loaner car, 6 weeks in advance, when I arrived for my appointment, no loaner cars were available and No one had called Booked in for a service with a loaner car, 6 weeks in advance, when I arrived for my appointment, no loaner cars were available and No one had called in advance to say otherwise, what should have been a quick 10 mins drop off became a trip to Enterprise to pick up a mini van, it was the only car they had available and the car was without gas. Not good Enough!! More

Mixed customer service I have wanted to like this Jag dealer, but the customer service is hot and cold. Some staff are professional and warm, some are aloof and cold. Shane is wonderful, the Bluetooth, not sonmuch! I am impressed by your service personnel. Not happy that Jaguar has such awful Bluetooth and auxiliary power sources! Fixed Radiator in one day On a road trip and the radiator blew out; got it towed to this land rover dealership and they had the part delivered, installed, and pressure tested b On a road trip and the radiator blew out; got it towed to this land rover dealership and they had the part delivered, installed, and pressure tested by end of day. Alina was my service rep and she was very responsive and helpful; worked with me to get a skilled mechanic, Ryan in from the Monday shift to do the radiator install. Overall great experience and wonderful staff; Ryan and Alina deserve credit for a job well done! More

Long story short, i ended up getting a great certified pre-owned Range Rover Sport with incredibly low miles. They also bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the wheels on the vehicle. When you get to the shop, just ask for Sergey Makhanov in sales, he’ll take care of you from there. More
