Had a friend buy his first rover here and then when he wanted his second, lack of communication and follow through. He ended buying it in Oregon. Such crappy service for a high end car, ill be heading back to Mercedes or Audi. I can't count how many service advisors I've had over the past 2 years .... Sorry guys, when you never get back after multiple call, shame on you :( More

This added unnecessary time to the appointment. Also, if the service require the battery be removed I would make sure to set back the original settings, not leave the time and date back to 2005. I know these sound like minor things, but at the price charged you would expect a better service. More
