They got me in a loaner. They were thorough in investigating an issue with the center console computer occasionally taking a while to boot up. More
Didn't take care of issue. I brought in my FPACE for a regular annual service. I brought it in Friday for an appointment on Monday. When I called at noon they had not started I brought in my FPACE for a regular annual service. I brought it in Friday for an appointment on Monday. When I called at noon they had not started the service as it somehow was not registered. It was finally done at the end of the day. However, I also mentioned that one of the keys was not working. It stopped working after about 1.5 years. Again, somehow they forgot to troubleshoot that key so I was delayed an extra 45 minutes at the service place while they looked at it. Bottom line, it's broken and unless I bought key insurance I will have to buy a new one. Key insurance??? It's been 2 days and still no word on how I get a new key. More

Zoran rocks We had already agreed on price of a car from Larson. We were ready to get to move forward and found out car had multiple owners. . To be fair they offered us another car but at point we felt dishonesty and decided to think about it. We decided to go Bellevue Land Rover. While checking inventory online we chatted with Rachel and made an appointment with Zoran. Within 30 minutes Zoran gravie me a call back . We went in to see him next day we share the estimate from Larson . He found us a similar car and was able to match Larson deal. In and out with 2 hours.
