I'd rather not comment. I love Bellevue Jag and have historically had excellent response from Service Center. However, this time I was told that it would be about 2 weeks I love Bellevue Jag and have historically had excellent response from Service Center. However, this time I was told that it would be about 2 weeks before they could get to my car if I explained it was an emergency. I had no other car and would have to rent one until the service was done. I delivered the car with that understanding and expectation. At the beginning of week six and nearly $3000 rental paid and still with no car - they told me they had just brought my car in and would let me know what had to be done and what the cost would be. I visited the service center on April 8th and the lady rand down the estimate. I then visited the sales floor and purchased a new XF. Therefore, as much as I love the dealership, the service center (historically) and the folks in each department, I don't think you'd want to publish my comments. More
