Overall a very good experience Alina was welcoming and helpful. She did her best to minimise the disruption caused by work running late due to unforeseen circumstances. I previously did not have good experiences at your service department so this was really nice change and her expertise was extremely helpful. Robin does an excellent job with explaining any work to be completed on my vehicle and answers any questions I may have about the work on my LR4. She has excellent customer service skills and obviously is one of the reasons I keep coming back to get my LR4 serviced at the same dealership. More

2nd Time in and 2nd bad experience This is the second time my car (new car) has had to go in for minor work within 3 months, this time the screen washers were't working. Waited 2 weeks This is the second time my car (new car) has had to go in for minor work within 3 months, this time the screen washers were't working. Waited 2 weeks to get an appointment and dropped the car off at 7:45, I was not given an option of a loaner car, only a shuttle or an UBER, but not to worry this was only a minor fix and I should have the car back by midday. By 3pm I hadn't heard anything so sent 2 text messages asking for a status update, by 4pm I left an voice mail asking for some news, also left work to catch the bus home. While sitting on the bus I received a call saying they were still looking at the car and would arrange for an UBER to get me to work in the morning. No mention of how I was to make my evening appointments. I received a text with the link to UBER i was to use in the morning, so when I came to use the link it was expired, of course the dealer isn't open at 6:30 am so again I was out of pocket. It's the poor communication that annoys me and the "we really don't care" attitude when things do go wrong, I feel like I'm inconveniencing them by being a customer. More
