On 5/19 Sergey was pleasant and professional. He answered my questions and provided a test drive for the 2020 Lexus RX 420h. Negotiations followed with prices agreed upon for my purchase of the Lexus and my trade in of my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SL. Some "WE OWE" items negotiated were for LOF, 4 tires, wheel repairs, and alignment. I was given a loaner car while plan was for dealership to complete all the WE OWE items so I could pick the Lexus up on 5/24. After leaving the dealership on 5/19, I heard nothing from anyone about progress until I called back after 5 pm on 5/23. Sergey thanked me for reminding him that he needed to follow up and then get back to me with an update. Long story short, the car was not ready. The wheel repairs were not completed or even started. On 5/24, the car was to make it into the shop in the AM for wheel repairs with an update to follow around NOON. After 5 pm today, Sergey said the repair guy needed some special paint to work with the rims and it should be ready sometime on 5/25. It should not take six days (and counting) to get the work completed that was agreed upon. After the sale, I feel like the focus was lost to complete the transaction in a timely and professional manner. No updates (until I initiated communications 4 days later) no sense of urgency or even a clue as to what to do with the wheel repairs. Then I also placed a call into Taylor, the Finance Manager, to ask for more info on a Vehicle Service Contract, but there has been no response. More
