Difficult to Schedule - disappointed I purchased a new F-Pace in July. LOVE the car and loved the purchase experience. A message popped up on my app and car saying I needed to bring the car in for service. At only 2,000 miles I thought this was odd however I did not want to take any chances so I called for an appointment. It took 5 phone calls - 5 - to get connected to someone who could schedule my service. I was given a very nice loaner car - Thank You! As it turns out - my car did not need servicing - the date set for the alert to have it serviced was incorrect. Initially I was happy my car was fine, but when I arrived to return the loaner, 5 minutes late due to traffic, (60 minute commute for the second day in a row - work schedule kept me from arriving earlier) I was greeted by a front desk associate who had her coat on and bag ready to leave. She was clearly irritated with me for being late. I can understand, we all want to get off work on time. But she was abrupt, did not explain what I was signing and asked if I had filled the loaner with gas. This shocked me as my former vehicle was a LEXUS and never was I expected to fill the tank. My options were 1) go fill the tank - would have taken 30 minutes at a minimum due to the horrific traffic around this dealership...and that would have delayed her day or 2) let them fill it for $5.00 a gallon. I offered to pay on the spot but she let me know I would be "Hearing from their loaner car manager the next day to settle my bill." OK - 1) It is a brand new car and the issue was something that should not have happened. I spent two days in traffic totalling 4 hours. Not their fault that I live so far away but then again, there are not any closer dealerships. 2) It is an expensive car...off their floor...there is a reason we agreed to pay more...Jaguar F-Pace only needs servicing once a year. This is HUGE for busy people who do not have time to sit in traffic. 3) I had to call on 5 separate occasions to (beg?) for an appointment. Side-note, when put on hold the music and ads are unbearably scratchy sounding...almost like being tortured. 4) My last car was a used LEXUS from Fife and they made me feel like I bought the most expensive car they sold. Always returned phone messages, always welcoming and super detailed in caring for my car. So, I was spoiled. I expected Jaguar to offer the same service...maybe better because their F-Pace has surpassed the RX in ratings. 5) While Jaguar cleaned my car...they did a poor job. This is not a huge deal, it is just something they need to address. My rims were half cleaned...swirl marks...it 'feels' like they do not care. In my mind, I just spent a lot of money to buy new and while I love my car so much, it is the service department that makes or breaks the long term experience. I totally should have bought another used Lexus from my old dealership but I read about the F-PACE and felt that was the best choice. As a vehicle - Yes! - it was the best choice, as an owner who now works with the service department...I'm bummed. It has been three days and I have not been called by the loaner manager from Jaguar Bellevue to ask for my credit card to pay $5.00 a gallon for the gas I used from their loaner...so maybe that is a positive. The associate - SHENETA DAILEY WAS AWESOME! My review is not a reflection on her! She was the one person that made this debacle feel OK. My hope is this review will improve the service department at Bellevue Jaguar and my next service (a year from now!) will be a much better experience. More

He specifically let them know to only perform the recall work and nothing else. Given it a barely one year old brand new cat there’s not expectation for other issues. Then less than an hour I received this text from Alina Mars: Parts and labor for this particular job would be $1096 plus tax. It is a different set of parts than the recall and we do need to order them from our California warehouse. Text STOP to opt-out. --Alina Mars Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue There’s no explanation as to what this is about besides straight up addressing the cost. I called her back and left a voicemail and followed up with a text telling her to only do what my husband had said which was-only the recall job. Then I proceeded to ask her out of curiosity why would a brand new car need parts/particular job done. To which her response was: This is part of a manufacturer recall which may not even affect your car, but is being completed to rectify a part that may have been poorly manufactured. Text STOP to opt-out. --Alina Mars Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue So this is where the misleading information aspect comes from-why don’t you explain first before aggressively try to begin the conversation with price and cost. There’s is a better way to rely information and I can understand maybe being in sales-commissions are a big factor but the customer needs to be given transparent information. More

Service I had a great experience the last time I took my Range Rover in for service. I worked with Shane Harrington and he made it go quickly & efficiently. I had a great experience the last time I took my Range Rover in for service. I worked with Shane Harrington and he made it go quickly & efficiently. He also had a loaner vehicle for me to use, and had it right there for me, no waiting. The past few times I had brought the vehicle in, it was a grueling, time consuming event. He did need to order a part for me, and called me in a couple of days to say it was in and convinced me to bring it in that day so that they could get it taken care of before they were moving to a new facility that was inconvenient for me. More
