I called in on Monday to check the earliest available appointment when I could bring my car in. Sheneta called me back promptly and told me I could just bring my car in the following morning to get it fixed. Previously, I had to make an appointment and wait almost 2 weeks to bring my car in. They were able to get it done quickly and Sheneta sent me a text message to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. Super easy! More

The cost of a loaner car for 1.5 weeks would have been way more than the cost to overnight some lightweight parts for my Range Rover. I wish they had expedited the shipments.
