I bought a Used car from Land Rover of Bellevue. They I bought a Used car from Land Rover of Bellevue. They showed me a Car Fax that stated the vehicle had never been in an accident. After I discovered I bought a Used car from Land Rover of Bellevue. They showed me a Car Fax that stated the vehicle had never been in an accident. After I discovered while getting the car serviced at another dealership that the SUV had been in 2 previous accidents and structurally repaired improperly. I notified Land Rover of Bellevue and their General Manager of the problem. Upon contacting the General Manager at Land Rover Bellevue he stated that “he has no legal obligation to reveal any accident”. He refused to take any responsibility and stated, “Car Fax is just a tool to sell used cars at Land Rover Bellevue and is often not accurate. Then he told me he would not compensate me for buying a damaged car.” I ask all my friends and colleagues at Microsoft, Amazon and all United States active duty military and Veteran family’s to PLEASE do not buy a car from Land Rover of Bellevue. They are dishonest and should not be trusted. They sell cars that have not been checked out. The sell wrecked and damaged cars and hurt you financially and out your family’s at potential risk. More

Annual maintenance Service from staff and technicians is always to notch. Although warranty for use of a loaner car had expired, they were more than willing to set up in Service from staff and technicians is always to notch. Totally professional My wife and I had been looking for a nice used vehicle for a bit and found it at this dealership. We also didn't spend all day there either, we negotiated a deal and were out very quickly after that. I couldn't say enough good about them. I will absolutely look to them again when in the market. Attentive Service from Sheneta I took my Evoque in for its first service. Sheneta made sure all my questions were answered and even had a tech talk to me when I needed more details. But the biggest effort made was when my sentimental Seahawks lanyard disappeared from my car during the service. Sheneta quickly figured out that it got sucked up by the vacuum and she dug through the garbage to get it back for me. That is someone devoted to customer service! Thank you Sheneta for going above and beyond!!!! On another note in general for the service department....since my software in the car was upgraded the radio presets were erased and the clock was off. Maybe consider setting those things back up for the customer. And to the person that vacuumed my car when it swallowed my lanyard - that's a big chunky item to go through the vacuum and it must have been noisy. Maybe they should have worried about what they just sucked up since it was obviously not an old french fry or M&M and stopped the vacuum to look at what they had just sucked up. More
