Best experience at Land Rover/Jaguar I came in originally to test drive the Evoque and scale down from my monster SUV. Once sitting in the car I realized that I needed a bigger car yet not a mammoth like my Infiniti. Zoran came to my rescue and introduced me to the beautiful Discovery. He streamlined the process and we even a better price than we expected. My day of window shopping turned out to be the best ride home in my gorgeous new car. Zoran is genuinely honest and we didn't feel pressured into buying anything. He was extremely knowledgable and was able to show us the differences between to similar models so that we got more bang for our buck. Thank you for your service. More

I scheduled online to be told when I arrived I had no appointment. I was told online system not working correctly? Front desk was nice enough to get me in. No call or text to let me know service was completed, even after I texted to find our status. Papers left in car from service center at pick up. My center console was went through, cell phone charger plugged in/used and left plugged in. Everyone was nice but overall not the quality service I would expect from Jaguar. More

Robb remained our main contact but when he wasn't at dealership at various times when we were doing test drives he had set it all up so we were taken care of very well. At the end, the Jaguar FPace sold us but in reality we were considering the Porsche Macon but the service at that dealership was horrible. Robb was the key to keeping us coming back to Jaguar/Landrover. More

Working with him directly at the dealership, Sergey helped me solidify that the F-PACE was still the best vehicle fit for me. I am beyond happy with my new F-PACE.
