Listed, Purchased, and Off the lot in 4 days. While I would absolutely love to provide a total 5 star review, there were 2 small items that I wasn’t completely satisfied with, but didn’t notice un While I would absolutely love to provide a total 5 star review, there were 2 small items that I wasn’t completely satisfied with, but didn’t notice until I was already off the lot and driving about merrily. First off, I’d like to say that the overall experience was a bit rushed on my part due to a time crunch and new listing by the dealer and I by no means fault the team, but I wish I had taken a better look at the condition of every part of the vehicle prior to signing all of the paperwork. I only say this because it wasn’t noted, or noticed by me that there was already a small chip in the front windshield. The chip itself should by no means cause any major issues, but again, it want brought to my attention and I was a bit rushed to get the vehicle. The second matter being the financing. Considering the fact that I walked in with a pre-approved check, I don’t believe that my credit was needed to be run for financing. 2 inquiries in the same day lowered my score by over 30 points. Additionally, it was noted and passed on that I intended to provide a down payment to cover a certain amount on my credit card, but instead, the full amount of the pre-approved check was taken and only a partial payment on my credit card was taken. While that may not seem like a big deal, it was over $2k that could have been charged on my credit card and that could have added up to more perks on my rewards program. Overall, the sales team, specifically Michael, was a pleasure to work with. Through hours of conversation, I felt at ease that he had my best interests in mind and was looking to ensure I had everything I needed to walk away happy. To him, 5 stars and keep up the great work. To the remaining members, 4.6 stars. Perhaps certain details were overlooked due to the time constraints, but little things like a full overview of any cosmetic damages or concerns for that vehicle in addition to the Carfax report would certainly add to the quality of service. Oh just one more thing, $ I have taken my LR4 to the dealership for service knowing that I'm paying a premium but I figure that their technicians and service people know that t I have taken my LR4 to the dealership for service knowing that I'm paying a premium but I figure that their technicians and service people know that they are doing. Sadly, I've learned that this is not the case and my service representative was only focused on selling more and more. From the very start when I dropped if the case and we agree on the service level, then tries to have me sign up for the higher prices one. Not too subtle about it either. Then the pile on calls start, we found xyz, should we fix it? Sure why not. Then another call with more and another with even more. This service experience was so bad, I not only an never taking this vehicle but will not be buying a new vehicle from these people. Probably done with Land Rover all together. More

Repair Fixed great and very helpful. My kids loved the loaner car, although I was not a fan of the jag E series. Especially filling the gas tank. Shanetta wa Fixed great and very helpful.
