Yea for Sheneta! - Bellevue Jaguar Service I have a beautiful blue 2018 Jaguar E-Pace, named Raffy, which I love dearly. While I have very little service issues with my car, I am very concerne I have a beautiful blue 2018 Jaguar E-Pace, named Raffy, which I love dearly. While I have very little service issues with my car, I am very concerned about keeping him perfect. I have warranty on my wheels and tires, which is a life saver with black wheels and recently had to get Raffy in for a cut tire and scratched wheels. I was assigned to Sheneta (my 3rd advisor) and couldn't say enough great things about her. She is always prompt to meet me, makes sure to get any details on current service need and anything else that may need a quick check and was wonderful to ask the best form of communication to work with me throughout the day. Finding that text was best for me, she was great with updates as she had them and very responsive to any questions I sent her way. I got Raffy back as beautiful as the day I bought him. So happy with the work done and the great support provided! More

Alina Mars is a great service advisor! I have had my Range Rover since 2015. Since that time I have had a different service advisor for each routine appointment and I have left frustrated I have had my Range Rover since 2015. My last 2 service appointments I have had have both been with Alina Mars and they have both been fantastic!! She is so thorough, prompt, kept me posted along the way so I would know when my car would actually be done (previously that always seemed to be an issue with my advisors) and she went above and beyond for me. My warranty had just run out and my rear differential seal started leaking, it was a pretty pricey fix but she presented it to Land Rover and they ended up covering it. Just when I thought it couldn't have gone any better she somehow got my car washed even though the car wash was down due to the store's remodel. More
