Patient, kid-friendly and hard working We went to JLR Bellevue to service our Evoque. While we checked the car in, my wife (who's always wanted a Sport) started scouting the 2020 Sports. Sh We went to JLR Bellevue to service our Evoque. While we checked the car in, my wife (who's always wanted a Sport) started scouting the 2020 Sports. She met Neil, who showed her a few cars, and she landed on an HSE she liked. In a jiffy, Neil had some preliminary numbers on a lease deal to compare with financing the car. They looked attractive. He then moved mountains to get the Evoque (which was already being serviced) appraised, and they gave a reasonable trade value for it. By this time, our toddler was getting super tired and ratty, and we had to rush home to put her down to nap, which Neil was totally supportive of. No quibbles. Other salespeople would have got all defensive about potentially losing a sale; not Neil. I later called in to instruct Neil to get the Sport ready and start the lease application process. We returned at 4pm and I drove away at 6:30pm (having signed the plethora of documents) in a new Sport. Remarkable. More

Bellevue Land Rover Overcharges on service This is the 3rd time I have visited the dealer in the last year. Every time, Bellevue has overcharged me. They appear to have a management strategy to overcharge and perform “additional diagnostic checks“ for items that have never been and only magically materialized when in the dealer. I will never return to this dealer. Nor will I buy my new car from them. I have had multiple Land Rovers since 1998 (2 Range Rovers and 2 Discovery’s), so i am well aware of Land Rover service items. This is the worst dealer i have ever come across. More
