I asked a few concessions be addressed and they could have easily said no and sold to someone else but they delivered even without paperwork being signed. These guys stuck true to their word and made me feel no request was too much to ask. Hands down best purchasing experience to date. Highly recommend and will purchase again from those guys. More

I dropped my car off Monday morning and told should be ready the same afternoon only to get a call saying you don’t have the part and would be delivered on the truck Wednesday or Thursday. I called to check in Thursday night for an update then to find out still hadn’t arrived. Part was installed late Friday afternoon. I find this completely unacceptable for you to have my car for the week when you knew what was scheduled before I even came in. Poor planning by service! More

Great service and highly recommended Have some engine fuel injection issue and engine light on. Called the service department and they booked me in right away. Tire and Windshield Replacement Very professional, friendly service. They were patient while I worked through things with my insurance company and the text communication was convenie Very professional, friendly service. They were patient while I worked through things with my insurance company and the text communication was convenient and prompt. Checkout and pickup was quick and easy. Some issues to improve on were that Comms dropped when the person I was working with got transferred. I learned through my insurance agent about this and took some calls to get reconnected. Also, everything on my windshield was lost (parking pass, Good to Go, etc). These two things were minor though. Staff was great and service was done very quickly! Thank you! More

Poor New Customer Experience I leased a new I-Pace on 12/2/19. Prior to agreeing to the purchase, I was informed that the car was currently en-route to the dealership and "should I leased a new I-Pace on 12/2/19. Prior to agreeing to the purchase, I was informed that the car was currently en-route to the dealership and "should be here in a few days". The vehicle didn't arrive at the dealership until 12/11 and I was told it would take another couple days for them to prepare it for delivery. I was finally told I could pick up the car on 12/13. When I picked up the car on the 13th, the sales person attempted to set up the In Control app, but then found it wasn't working. I was told I'd need to come back in on Monday the 16th so that they could complete the setup. I dropped the car off on Monday, then when I called in later in the afternoon was told they hadn't been able to figure out the problem. I left the car overnight and the same thing happened on Tuesday and on Wendesday. The service team indicated they'd opened a ticket with tech support to address the issue, but they hadn't found a resolution. The service advisor (who was great to deal with) indicated they were coordinating with support over email - after the first two days, why wasn't a call scheduled?! I ultimately received the car back on 12/19, nearly 3 weeks after I purchased it. I've "owned" and paid for the car for nearly 3 weeks, but have had access to the car for 2 full days - that's my frustration. The technology issue should have been identified during the first day or two after it arrived, but there clearly wasn't even an attempt until I arrived to pick it up. My experience with Nam and Sally was independently good, but more work needs to be done upfront to ensure a good handoff. More
