Bending over backwards to help I bought a 2020 Range Rover Sport in early December and suspected that the wheel alignment was off pretty early on. A long road trip to Canada and back confirmed my suspicions. I phoned up JLR Bellevue and the team initially struggled to find a slot in their jam-packed schedule to fit me in before 1/10 (more than 2 weeks out from my request). Alina - again - pulled out all the stops and was able to fit my car in the very next day. Super flexible and accommodating even when I was delayed by issues at home with my toddler. White glove service, Herculean efforts and great communication throughout. Thank you! More

Conflicted Zoran was very kind and professional. However upon leaving the lot I noticed a whining sound from engine. Next morning took 2009 SL550 to Mercedes Ga Zoran was very kind and professional. However upon leaving the lot I noticed a whining sound from engine. Next morning took 2009 SL550 to Mercedes Garage at Park Place. Car needs an accumulator that retails for $1080 plus 3.5 hours labor. Great service but Mercedes Garage feels Bellevue Mercedes Benz surely would have notified Bellevue Jaguar Land Rover of the issue when it was last serviced there recently. I ordered a Reman part from Mercedes Garage and will bring car in to Mercedes Garage when part arrives. I am now out of pocket $220 (reman accumulator) and about $400 labor. Sure paying about $700 is better than paying $1700 for new accumulator at list price. I originally wrote a great review feeling the noise might just be low steering fluid (which was also very low) but it was much more serious. More

I asked a few concessions be addressed and they could have easily said no and sold to someone else but they delivered even without paperwork being signed. These guys stuck true to their word and made me feel no request was too much to ask. Hands down best purchasing experience to date. Highly recommend and will purchase again from those guys. More

I dropped my car off Monday morning and told should be ready the same afternoon only to get a call saying you don’t have the part and would be delivered on the truck Wednesday or Thursday. I called to check in Thursday night for an update then to find out still hadn’t arrived. Part was installed late Friday afternoon. I find this completely unacceptable for you to have my car for the week when you knew what was scheduled before I even came in. Poor planning by service! More
