3 hour oil change I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 10am on a Saturday around 2 weeks ahead of time. I arrived early and dropped my vehicle off. After 2 h I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 10am on a Saturday around 2 weeks ahead of time. I arrived early and dropped my vehicle off. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I texted to ask if it was typical for oil changes to take this long. They replied “ Typically yes, we do not do any sort of express service, or waiting appointments. You vehicle is finished now I am working on the paperwork, however since I am the only advisor today and only have a few technicians, things do take some time.” I didn’t ask for express service or priority. I did have a 10am appointment, though.... despite what he said I couldn’t get my car until after 1pm. I do not recommend them for oil changes. They use being understaffed as an excuse for slow service, so I would recommend the dealer adjust their scheduling and staffing - I’ve seen your rates - I know you can afford to have more than one guy doing the paperwork on a full Saturday’s schedule. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever I was looking to trade my car and though I had never owned or driven a Jaguar before, they did have the kind of car I wanted. All Wheel Drive, luxury I was looking to trade my car and though I had never owned or driven a Jaguar before, they did have the kind of car I wanted. All Wheel Drive, luxury, sport, new technology, etc. I was met by a very nice salesman, Jeff. He knew what I wanted, he showed me a couple, then the next day I made an appointment to drive the car that seemed to suit all my needs and wants. It was perfect in every way. It had everything I wanted and more. Jeff was so kind as to show me all the details of the car down to what each button did. We talked about warranty, details, trade, etc. In the end I bought the car and the process was painless and the best car buying experience I/We have ever had. Thank you! I am so very happy with my new car and will def. tell my friends to buy a car from you and from Jeff Boon. Cheers and happy new year. More

She greeted me when my car went in for it's first 1 year service, oil change, fluid check etc. Told her the brakes were making more noise than before - said they'd check that out but typically it's the cold, wet weather. She had my loaner car ready to go via a young man who obviously knew the cars and showed me how to run them. Alina texted me while I was there so I could have her phone number for contact during the day. She stayed in touch and I let her know what time I'd be back with the car.
