Expectations not met I booked my car in primarily for a software update and to have two smaller other things looked at. This was meant to be completed in a day. Instead, it bled into not being ready until the Saturday late in the afternoon (car dropped off on thu morn). Although I'd indicated on Thur that it wasn't urgent to have the car back same day I was not impressed with both the lateness or the changing schedule. By the time I went to the dealer there was no-one around to bring the car to the front/take the plastic protection stuff out and I had to go and locate it using GPS in the parking area. This is an unimpressive experience for a very expensive car. I have just moved to the area: my lease ends soon and so potentially I will replace the car. On this experience my perception of JLR generally, and this dealer specifically have worsened. If it wasn't for the outstanding quality of the vehicle, very unlikely I'd consider becoming a repeat customer. Would not recommend. More
