When you try to make an appointment for service even when you are already in the dealer,was told that someone else will call you back from scheduling. Understandable as I don't expect that they would have same day appointment but can someone at least check the car to see what was needed to be done and scheduled for?. But then when scheduling calls back after you have left the dealership, they will ask you has anyone from the service consultants seen the car to verify what exactly was needed. Uh I was there but no they won't even let me talk to anyone among the service consultants. Then the scheduling will say, I need to call the parts dept to make sure the part I needed is there. But the service consultant hasn't even seen the car!!! I am not even sure what was covered or what part is needed. Then scheduling said they will call the parts dept for me and will call me back. Never happened. Finally after more than a week of waiting went to parts myself again and asked if the parts I am guessing is needed can be ordered. More

Bring in a working car, pay $2,100, get back a broken car We brought my daughter's Evoque in for regular maintenance (50K mile service) - the car was operating fine with no issues whatsoever. When we came to We brought my daughter's Evoque in for regular maintenance (50K mile service) - the car was operating fine with no issues whatsoever. When we came to pick the car up, after paying for the service to the tune of $2,113.02, the engine RPMs would immediately start fluctuating rapidly between ~1,500 and 0 RPM for approximately 45 seconds and then the engine would stall. The service associate told us that was normal given the service that had been performed and the car just needed to good drive. My daughter explained she was driving back to Bellingham that night and the adviser said that drive would be perfect and the car would be fine once she got to Bellingham. Of course, once she got to Bellingham (over 90 miles of driving) the car continued the behavior at times even stalling out while moving at slow speeds. So my wife went up to Bellingham and traded cars with our daughter the next day - by the time she got there the engine warning light had come on. After returning the car to this service center and leaving it there for 5 days it was returned to us with an explanation that excess induction fluid had been used during the service resulting in the engine issues which ultimately created multiple cylinder misfires causing the warning light. While the adviser said "Sorry", the service center did nothing else to acknowledge that its procedures for the service performed should be corrected nor did they acknowledge that they knowingly sent my daughter off in a serviced vehicle that was not ready to be returned to the customer. The lack of professionalism and frankly lack of quality makes me question the quality of any of the service done and I certainly won't be trusting them with any of my business (this is the fourth and now last car we have purchased from this dealer) in the future. Be warned - if you don't feel your vehicle is right when you pick it up - you absolutely know better than the people at this service center. More
