Experience was OK. My car was dropped off at 9:00 a.m. I was told it would be ready for me to pick up at 6:00 p.m. I got a text at around 5:00 pm that the car was ready. I got there at around 6:00 pm and I was told that car still needed to be washed. I waited 15 minutes. Then I was told the car couldn't get washed because there was a fault in the car wash. My gripe. If I leave a car for an entire day and I am told it is ready, it should really be ready :( More
