I have had problems with the vehicle I leased since the day I got it. No sensor in passenger door, damage to passenger door, damage to passenger door interior panel, damage to passenger seat, squeaky brake day I got it. No sensor in passenger door, damage to passenger door, damage to passenger door interior panel, damage to passenger seat, squeaky brakes, faulty rear brake system, gear box not in park pop ups ever time I get in the car, AEB, traction, BRAKE, drive with caution pop ups everyday. Christmas Day I had 2 flat and 2 almost completely flat tires. My check tire pressure comes on way too often. I was asked if possibly someone is letting air out of my tires, and if I had pressed the traction button- as if I’m the reason for these happenings. Now I was told I have a faulty brake sensor that is causing all of these problems. I have had this car for just over a year. My experience with this car has been awful. More

It's difficult to rate the entire entry/drop-off/facility experience since it was a temporary space, but I look forward to the remodel of the service facility being completed. Certainly the facility prior to remodeling needed a facelift, so I'm glad to see they're making the investment. It's not rocket science that if you charge premium prices for service, customers should expect a premium experience all-around. You've nailed it people-wise...now I hope you've put that same attention into the rest of the service experience. More

Even though the cars in the lot were covered with snow, he took the time to clean two cars off so I could see them. After I bought the car I was given a loaner car so that all my add ons could be installed. The car was very clean as was the whole facility. However, all that was not as important as how we friendly everyone was from Robb to the Service Manager, Adam. The dealership was a class act. More

Scheduling the service appointment was fairly straight forward. I appreciated the intake process during drop off in which I was able to effectively communicate what my concerns and needs were for the vehi forward. I received an initial summary of what service would be performed and any updates were provided through a convenient text messaging service. A major benefit was the shuttle service that Land Rover provides when your car is in service. All service was completed as anticipated and I am highly satisfied with the results. When it was time to pick up the car, the process was quick and easy as well. All around good experience. More
