Dmitri and I worked out a deal in principle via email, which convinced me to make the 60-mile drive to inspect and test drive the car. Sergey was the sales rep I worked with, and we went through every aspect of the vehicle, including the removal the hardtop, verifying the condition and operation of the soft-top, and of course the test drive. All aspects met my satisfaction and we sat down and finalized the deal exactly as Dmitri and I had previously discussed. Natalie Orrell expertly and efficiently took care of all of the administrative details. When it came time to take delivery of the vehicle a week later, the dealership had an Uber pick me up at the ferry terminal and drop me at the dealership. The bottom line is that the dealership put me, the customer, first throughout every step of the process. All in all it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. More

Felt well taken care of This was my first time using Land Rover of Bellevue service. We purchased a Evoque from CarMax with 22K miles in October and unexpectedly we had some This was my first time using Land Rover of Bellevue service. We purchased a Evoque from CarMax with 22K miles in October and unexpectedly we had some of the dash lights come on highlighting an ABS issue. Since only 2 wheel would work, Land Rover of Bellevue allowed us to bring the car in as an emergency service. Sheneta Dailey was service person and was wonderful to not only get us in immediately but scheduled an uber for me to get a rental car. After needing to order the parts over a weekend, She arranged for a rental car for us after I returned the one I rented. Although, having a car issue is not enjoyable, Sheneta went out of her way to ensure that I was informed and to the best of their ability made me happy. Overall a really good experience. More

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, offered a loaded car and paperwork ready to sign and go. It was seamless. I received a text midday on the update of my car and picked it up with the same seamless service. Well done. and Again Well done Bellevue of Land Rover to have someone like Sheneta Dailey. she is not just a service adviser..she is someone special. More
Great experience Robin Myers always takes great of me. She was able to resolve my key fob issue with a simple battery replacement(my car is a 2018 RR Sport and wasn't Robin Myers always takes great of me.
