Honestly, the BEST service I’ve ever received in the car industry. I’ve purchased cars from Audi, Cadillac, Mercedes and BMW- none of which compare. Going above and beyond for their customers!! My car had 2 tires replaced because of a pothole. When I went to pick it up on a Saturday morning, Alina was just passing by, as it wasn't her work d My car had 2 tires replaced because of a pothole. When I went to pick it up on a Saturday morning, Alina was just passing by, as it wasn't her work day. She greeted me, looked at the invoice and said " I think you have a warrant for your wheels". She took the invoice to her desk, and came back 10 minutes later saying "you don't have to pay for the tires, it was covered by your warranty, and I took care of it". I am amazed by her commitment to help her customers. More

Headlight and battery replaced. Dropped in to dealership to see if headlight could be replaced. Shane offered to work it in to the schedule and provide me with an Uber ride home.
