Very Poor Service work After repeated service visits, when the repair was done this last time, the service techs either forgot attach some bolts or broke something else on t After repeated service visits, when the repair was done this last time, the service techs either forgot attach some bolts or broke something else on the front left strut/shock system, where the original problem was. As a result, the brake on the front left doesn't behave properly, and the whole left side sounds like something is about to fall off...So now I have to again take the vehicle back. More

Annual Maintenance - Was not covered I bought an 2017 F-type March 13, 2020 and made an appointment right after for the car's 3rd year annual service, which was covered under the car's ma I bought an 2017 F-type March 13, 2020 and made an appointment right after for the car's 3rd year annual service, which was covered under the car's maintenance package. Due to COVID19, the appointment was cancelled by the shop and I was told to reschedule once they opened up shop. After they opened up shop, I called in to make and another appointment and brought my car in. When I dropped off the car, the serviced rep said that my car is no longer within the maintenance window and that it was no longer covered. I had to call Jaguar Corporate and extensively let out my frustration on the service rep handing the service. In the end, they found a way to do all the maintenance but the dance that was involved was NOT appreciated. More
