At LandRover, you call in and are lucky to get in the same week or 10 days! No diagnostics on Fridays and no service on weekends. For the price of these vehicles, it is just plain bad service. Even to get technical support is a joke. So, maybe it is really 2 stars not 3! FYI- Buying the car was easy-- simple... which made it seem that the service would be good overall... fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me! Although I really enjoy my Discovery Land Rover-- I do not believe I would buy another just because I want better service department. More

I went it and test drove a few cars and was able to go out by myself and take my time trying to decide what vehicle I liked. When I got back from one test drive David even asked me if I took enough time on the drive since i wasn't gone very long. I had to run to a meeting and didn't get pressure to stay and work a deal. I didn't get follow up calls asking if I was coming back or not. I sent David a few questions I had and he got back to right away with what I asked for and then left me alone. When I made my decision and came back to purchase the vehicle I decided on they made the process very quick and easy. Natalie got me in and out of financing fast and without trying to pressure me into buying extras that I didn't want or need. More

I had no idea that the person making the appointment, didn't put a single note in the file about the problem. When I brought my car in, I didn't take the time to describe the issue again, because I felt that I had sufficiently done that, when I made the appointment. I asked for a few additional items - general service, new wipers. When I came to pick up the car and review what was done, to my surprise, they had not worked on the initial problem. I had to leave the car another day. anyway, this was a good lesson learned for me, but I also think this is an opportunity for Rover to improve their customer service. It is frustrating for the customer to take the time to explain a problem, just to have to explain it again. Alina (spelling?) did a great job to make things right. I really appreciated her great customer service. More
