We are a family of 5 and the entire staff made it feel like family. Jeff Boon was are Sales Representative that made the entire experience simple and making a deal even easier. The staff at the front was attentive and welcoming. The other members made sure they were friendly but still kept their distance with everything going on. The finance department was explaining all the options available and made it extremely easy. I would highly recommend Jeff Boon and this dealership if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Does Land Rover ue actually care about its customers. It seems that Land Rover Bellevue knows it has a "captured" client base and as a result does not appreciate its customers. Corporate Land Rover needs to start focussing on its customers and managing the dealers to ensure this happens. Seems Corporate caters to the needs of the dealership rather than customers. I dont want to have to wait weeks out to get an appointment. I do not want to pay for checking items that other dealers do for free. I do want the work checked before the car is returned to me so I do not have to return the car to fix repairs not done correctly. I have had the car for 2.5 years and Land Rover still has not managed to get the internet working. Seems that after me requesting help numerous times that the dealer should be aware of the isssue and contact me to see if its working and get on it until its sorted out rather than me repeatedly having to raise the isse with no resolution!!! This should have been done in the first few weeks of purchasing the vehicle. More
