Dealership Lacks Good Management and Management Practices I visited Land Rover of Asheville to make a third vehicle purchase. The salesman I dealt with was Jay Christian. Jay is a stand up guy. As we were neg I visited Land Rover of Asheville to make a third vehicle purchase. The salesman I dealt with was Jay Christian. Jay is a stand up guy. As we were negotiating the terms of a possible trade, I was turned over to the manager, which is a typical car dealership tactic. The manager approached me and began to tell me how my vehicle was worth little or nothing, while his used vehicle was as good as they get. The manager (who is new to the dealership) was the epitome of the less than reputable "used car salesman." The manager was condescending and rude in a "wormy' sort of way. I had to look past him and his actions and focus on my established relationship with Mr. Jay Christian. After speaking with Jay I decided to make the vehicle purchase. I did so only because of him; were it not for him I would have gone elsewhere. Land Rover of Asheville has always had a good reputation; known to be fair, upfront and good for their word. It's too bad that they have a manager who now does not seem to embrace the same qualities and does not value the customer. More

We had such a wonderful buying experience with Jay Christian the first time with our LR4 that we did come to him again for our new Discovery. He is unrivaled, dedicated and very committed that you are happy and satisfied when you leave the dealership. We had referred friends to him because we know he will deliver a wonderful service. We also would like to commend Steve, Bridget and the Service Dept team. They do their best to deliver a great maintenance service that we drove our first LR4 for 7 years with very minor issues. With our new Discovery, we had an accessory installation issue and it was taken cared of promptly. And to David, who took great care driving our LR4 and Discovery back and forth during services. This Dealership is highly recommended!!! More
Amazing Service We are building a home at the Cliffs at Walnut Cove and had our Range Rover up for the weekend. The battery died and we called Land Rover assistance. They came out jumped the car and told me to take it two miles away to the Asheville Dealer. This was Saturday, afternoon around 3:00. I pulled in told them what had happened, the manager promptly gave me his car to drive and my car battery was replaced by noon on Monday. I feel confident I will be doing more business with this dealership once we are living at Walnut Cove. They were great! More

Great Service I took my XJ in for a few Service items, including wheel alignment, oil change, and a non-functional cigar lighter/charger. I was provided with a vehi I took my XJ in for a few Service items, including wheel alignment, oil change, and a non-functional cigar lighter/charger. I was provided with a vehicle to use while my repairs were being made. An additional repair need surfaced before I left the dealership and the scope of the repair was fully demonstrated and explained. All repairs were completed as promised and the vehicle is performing aa expected. The entire Service staff was courteous, professional, and responsive. I felt well cared for. More

My wife and I have 2 Jaguars, purchased before our move to Ashville One of a continuing series of excellent service experiences with a car dealership! My wife and I have 2 Jaguars, purchased before our move to Ashville. Kyle and Bridget treat us like we had purchased the cars there. The service experience is exemplary: Recently my 2011 XKR went in for a routine oil change, and, I had been having some issues with delayed air-conditioning that I asked them to check out. The compressor was found to be defective and under warranty; but parts were not immediately available, and we were leaving on an extended trip. They offered that when the repairs were complete that they would return the car to our house and put it in the garage at no charge. That is service! The entire staff is friendly and focused on customer service, excellent as always. More
