I would say "perfect" was the experience. Efficient, friendly staff that put our trade, review and paperwork together quickly and exactly as expected. And the SUV....sweet! This is our first non-german or non-US auto...but won't be our last. Keep it up, you made the journey worth it! More

Lauderdale Land Rover dealership since 2008 and recently purchased a new Discovery Lux for my wife and had a nai We've had a relationship with our Ft. Lauderdale Land Rover dealership since 2008 and recently purchased a new Discovery Lux for my wife and had a nail in her tire this summer while in the mountains of North Carolina. We contacted the Asheville dealership and they had to order a new tire and didn't want us driving the car over the weekend so they provided a loaner. The lease on my car was over so we drove new Range Rovers and leased a 2019 Sport MHEV that our South Florida deanship couldn't find so we look forward to working with the Asheville team each summer when we are away. Great job! More

Took months and left me with a broken horn Took months to fix my car after multiple times trying to pick it up only to realize there were still issues. After finally getting fed up with waiting I just accepted my car only to realize my driver door no longer closes in line properly and my horn is now broken. NEITHER of which were issues when I dropped the car off. Tldr: Took forever to fix anything and broke things while the car was in their care More
Lost all trust in this dealership. My visit to Land Rover was everything but great. I trusted the service department to tell me if my vehicle was safe to drive. But they failed to do so My visit to Land Rover was everything but great. I trusted the service department to tell me if my vehicle was safe to drive. But they failed to do so. The dealership at first quoted me for 500 out the door. When I dropped my vehicle off I was then informed that it was $140 per "Concern" so the total bill would be $420 just to look at my vehicle. During that time they failed to inform me about some major safety issues. My AC Compresser could have broke the belt that the whole engine runs on and could have killed My 5 month old son and myself. They also failed to inform me that there was a serious leak in my Brake Master Cylinder, again all the fluid could have leaked out and my brakes could have stopped working at any point in time and could have killed my son and I. I was told I needed a new Wiper Motor when all they had to do was take five minutes to look over the system and see that it was not installed correctly. They also failed to inform me that I had a Misfire. They Charged me $140 Dollars to tell me that my key was stuck in the ignition and they didn't tell me what I needed to fix it. After my visit they told me I needed a new Ignition Cylinder, when all I needed was some dry lube and a new battery. I also was never given a Multi Point Inspection sheet showing me that they actually preformed the inspection. I trusted this Dealership to be professional and efficient because they are supposed to be the professionals. But now I cant even trust them to do something as simple as a oil change. More
About time that the truth comes out I’ve had 2 LR’s through LROA. This place is a joke. New customers beware, just wait until you follow up service come around. Ha ha ha. Oh they will make you feel like a king or queen to get you 60k+ but then comes the repair bills and uncovered warranty items and of course the arrogant attitudes. These folks cannot even afford to drive what you are purchasing but act like they are the special ones. Not joke I have been dealing w LROA for over 6 years way back when they had a real GM by the name of Don. I have seen the revolving door spin over there for a long time. Hey just for example your brakes are not under warranty, cost for brake job there $2000+. But Same exact set up at Organic Mechanic in WAshe $1100 out the door. You do the math. Unless you ego is so high you like to toss cash in the wind (which most of us you are fortunate) well we didn’t get there by being stupid. Best of luck to you. LR does make a pretty fantastic and safe auto and yes I love my LR4 V8. But can’t same the same for the dealer. Maybe someday they will get a little humble and truly focus their sights on the customer and not the bank. More

Bridgette would not communicate with the sales department to get the promised repairs done that were needed at the time of purchase, even after my car was taken there 2 times. Will never buy from them again. More
