The staff was super attentive and friendly! I told the gentleman who handled my service appointment that I had somewhere to be at 2:30 and he assured me he would have it done by 1:00. As I was waiting for my vehicle to be finished, I had a schoolwork assignment to do. I was able to use their free wifi and the receptionist asked me would I like to use a private office to do my assignment. This was such a nice gesture! However, I respectfully declined because I wanted to make sure they could reach me incase they needed to update me about my vehicle. The office ordered mission bbq for lunch and they offered me some! This was another thoughtful gesture! However, I declined because I was meeting my fiancé for brunch at 2:30. By the time I completed my assignment the gentleman told me my car was being washed and was almost ready. My car was completed at 1:00 on the dot and I was able to make it to my 2:30 brunch date on time! This was amazing service and hospitality they showed me and I would highly recommend servicing your car at Jaguar/Land Rover of Annapolis. More
I brought my 1998 Jaguar sedan in for an errant dash light, and was told that I'd have a $195 diagnosis charge. A couple of days later, JR called and said that they couldn't diagnose the problem until light, and was told that I'd have a $195 diagnosis charge. A couple of days later, JR called and said that they couldn't diagnose the problem until they replaced a brake switch, that they couldn't get the switch from their usual sources and that they would try to find one online, and then told me they didn't work on old Jaguars, something that I wish I'd been told before I left the car with them. In a later call, JR suggested that I go online and buy the part myself, and have it shipped to the dealership. That was pretty much the last straw, and I told them to have the car ready and I'd pick it up. I did so, took it to an independent mechanic who got the brake switch in one day and fixed the problem.. It's hard to be angry with these folks - at least they zeroed out the bill and washed the car for me, but I did waste a lot of time with no result from them. More
I like going to this dealership because they go out of their way to make you feel good about bringing your vehicle to them for service. I travel about 50 miles round trip just to get Jaguar service with t their way to make you feel good about bringing your vehicle to them for service. I travel about 50 miles round trip just to get Jaguar service with them instead of going to a closer one which is about 11 miles from my house. My service representative JR informs me of what is needed and helps me in recommending services that I may require to keep my 2014 Jaguar running great. More
