While the dealership could have chosen to flatly contest all warranty claims and make this situation even more painful for my family, they did not. The dealership agreed to split the costs of the repair with me in a manner that I determined to be mutually fair, even with the added financial uncertainty brought about by COVID-19. Kudos to the dealership for standing by the terms of the sale (even though the vehicle was not a Land Rover) and doing the "right" thing as a business, and not the easy/expedient thing. This is an indicator of a stable business with a strong long-term vision. More
