Bought and fully paid for a vehicle that was stolen during delivery. The dealership provided very little help afterward and did not report it stolen until about a week later after repeated escalation t during delivery. Update 9/22 in response to the dealership: Your response is not consistent with the documented timeline I have in emails and police communications. I repeatedly asked for help, and meaningful action did not occur until I escalated the matter to JLR corporate. Also, I arranged transport myself because the dealership did not provide a shipping option. I was charged $500 for a notary who never came and $250 for registration that was never completed. Even now, the vehicle is showing an incorrect odometer reading of 20,289 miles instead of approximately 7,000 miles, which is affecting my insurance settlement. I was told weeks ago this would be corrected, and it still has not been. I also have not received the vehicle charger I was told had been ordered. My review is about the overall lack of professionalism, follow-through, and customer support—not simply who hired the transport company. More
