I can not tell how much I appreciate their customer service and attention to detail. They kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle, offered me food or a ride to anywhere I needed to go. I have never been as satisfied as I am with experience here at Stevinson Imports. This will be the only place I come from now on. More

I-Pace customer care review I was on the Tesla Model 3 wait list for over two years. After a hands-on Model 3 demo and seeing a video of the new I-Pace, I decided to cancel the I was on the Tesla Model 3 wait list for over two years. After a hands-on Model 3 demo and seeing a video of the new I-Pace, I decided to cancel the Model 3 and aim for an I-Pace. Was able to get an early allocation and took delivery of my new I-Pace in January. Yesterday I had a two hour customer care session with John...he was magnificent! The car is wonderful but also a bundle of 'new'. John was extremely knowledgeable and careful to take the time to explain each of the new features.
