Enjoy every visit to Stevinson, whether it is service or purchase. I purchased a pre-owned Cayenne last month and we are very happy with the purchase. Justin Underwood has always made sure that every service visit is on time and all work is done correct the first time. I have purchase several sets of tires with Justin and he always goes out of his way to make sure I get the correct tires for the season and he always shops for the right price. He even helped us buy tires for my wife's car one time. Other folks at the dealership that always say hello and remember us from one visit to another are Kipp, Steve and Bill. Another person that I have known and have confidence in at the dealership is Chance Chenowith. Chance always makes sure to say hello and ask me about how the car is performing. I have been coming to Stevinson Imports (Porsche) since I purchased my 2004 C4S IN October 2008. I truly did not know where to take the car to be serviced having (not) purchased the vehicle from Stevinson or purchased my 2004 C4S IN October 2008. I truly did not know where to take the car to be serviced having (not) purchased the vehicle from Stevinson originally. My only experience with a dealership previously was Stammler Porsche-Audi in Boulder, having purchased a new 911 there several years ago. Needless to say, I was in a state of amazement when having met with Justin Underwood, he was kind, helpful, anxious to do service on my car, even though I hadn't purchased the car from them. The next miracle to happen was that my mechanic (Chance Chenoweth) was the one to do one of (many) services. I have never met anyone as knowledgable as he when it comes to knowing Porsches. Believe me, having owned 3 other 911's, I've met many mechanics who did NOT know what they were doing, unfortunately. Chance is so smart. No question is too "dumb" and no matter how busy he is, he will take time to explain things to me (a Girl)!! I will never take my vehicles to anyone else. He also works on my 2006 Cayenne. He is the BEST! It is true of everyone I have dealt with at Stevinson. From Justin, to Kipp, to Denise, to Sharon, to Tony, to Deb and to Rob, (whom I've not bought a car from)...yet!! Everyone treats me with kindness and respect; like I am someone special! Trust me, I am just a Porsche enthusiast, a regular person in love with a really special car! Thanks to ALL of the people at Stevinson, I am able to drive my vehicles with confidence and assurance that they will be reliable when I'm out enjoying the road ahead. I have had my Porsche serviced by Stevinson since 2005 and have had excellent service. Justin and Marcus have been an absolute pleasure to work with.
