We were in a rush by the end of the process and he was very quick! Staff was all friendly and even provided snacks. We didn't feel pressure. The only thing I would mention was there was no wiggle room for us in particular on pricing since they had already lowered the price before we had been there. Overall great experience so far (only have had it two days) and we love our purchase. More

Efficient, personal & friendly I was in the market for a truck & found one here at Stevenson that was anot amazing grab and surely would have been scooped up quickly. When I inquired Ezzy the sales person called me back right away and said that he wold have it ready for me when I got there. When I pulled in it was right there and Ezzy wasted no time to come shake my hand and get my info to do a test drive (all other dealerships I went into took at least an hour before I was able to even test drive). Let's be honest the car buying experience is usually never quick or fun until you drive off the lot. Ezzy hover though was funny, professional and worked hard to make the experience flow quickly and efficiently. The other positive was I told him what I could do payment wise and we didn't do that whole backnowledge and forth haggle, he came to the table with my expectations met, The customer service at this dealership was nothing short of amazing. Even my experience with closing with Craig (well prepared and was no pressure and friendly) and signing documents took less than 10 minutes in part due to Ezzy being prepared and knowing me, his customer. First of all you have to love being surrounded by Jags and Porches. Ezzy met me and let me lead the search (I was already pretty focused on 2 cars). Super nice guy. Everyone was pretty nice and low key. My experience with other high end car dealers is almost an "are you sure you can afford to be here?" attitude. Not with these guys. Receptionist was nice. Nick in service was nice. Craig in finance was nice. Ezzy is a very nice salesman and very helpful. It is a car dealership so they have to ask you about some add-ons but no pressure after you give your answer. One small error in paperwork was promptly fixed by Ezzy. He was very knowledgable about the Jaguar and gave me a list of models that would be arriving to their showroom, letting me test drive one, without feeling any pressure to buy one.
