Worst Service Dept in business Third time car (Jaguar F Type R) brought in for service in 2 years. First time they damaged car. Second time car held 7-10 days for a minor issue they Third time car (Jaguar F Type R) brought in for service in 2 years. First time they damaged car. Second time car held 7-10 days for a minor issue they could not diagnose. Third time was today. Of course I also have a warning light on dashboard that this dealership has never been able to diagnose or turn off. Appointment made 1 month in advance after Jaguar notified me car was due for annual service. I waited the month to get a Jaguar loaner car which dealership confirmed. Of course today I find out no loaner available and car was not actually up for the yearly maintenance as they notified me in advance. When I asked for service manager, told repeatedly by the liars at his service department he was not in yet he mysteriously turned up once I blew my stack. I asked for my car back so I can leave. After waiting a lengthy time I was again told repeatedly my car "was being brought up" I observed my car sitting at the side of the garage close to where I was standing. Numerous cars brought up for other customers even though I was outside first. It took a xxxx storm on my part just to get them to return my keys and allow me to leave. Service adviser Jennifer Rojas is a disaster and a liar and service manger John Partsinevelos does not appear to know whats going in the department he manages given he allows his staff to advise he is not at work when in fact he is present. Once John learned of what occurred, he had no explanation and no offer of assistance in any way, allowing me to leave. By the way, different service staff and management each time I have brought car in over last 2 years, wonder why? This is apparently the way they treat a customer with one of the most expensive cars on the lot. Good thing I bought my wife a BMW this weekend, to xxxx with Jaguar. Huntington Jaguar sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I Could Not Ask For Anything More !! I just purchased a new 2018 F-Type Jaguar and the purchasing experience was excellent. Richard Cohen was my Sales Rep and he walked me through every I just purchased a new 2018 F-Type Jaguar and the purchasing experience was excellent. Richard Cohen was my Sales Rep and he walked me through every detail of the car. There was zero pressure and a lot of straight talk about the merits of the car and the dealership. I had several issues with the car and they were immediately remedied. The GM, Sales Manager and Sales Rep could not be more friendly and I would certainly recommend this this dealership to anyone looking for a Jaguar. More

Poor handling of car sale, misleading. Sorry to give this non-positive review, but I found this dealership to be cheap, and not willing to replace a tire that was not in the same or similar Sorry to give this non-positive review, but I found this dealership to be cheap, and not willing to replace a tire that was not in the same or similar condition as the three others were. When I asked for replacement of this tire, I was told it was fine, and passed THEIR inspection. One front tire was replaced new, the other front tire was extremely worn, and is not acceptable. Another Jaguar dealer and a tire company both claimed this tire was junk. Why not replace both front tires? Repeated calls to this salesman, Carl Merz, and the sales manager last week, and now today went unanswered. I have been given the run around, and told that it is up to service manager to decide. Bull puppies. Just trying to squeeze as much out of a sale as possible. Typical car salesman. When the sale is pending, answered immediately. When I asked repeatedly for a new tire, cannot be found on the lot, no return call to me. Poor performance, and this comes down to management. BBB and A.G. next. More
