I was searching for a new dealership as the one I leased my Jag from closed. After calling a few, I decided to go with Jaguar Huntington. The customer service rep was very polite and helpful on the phone. She did her best and went out of her way to accommodate my request both for service and a loaner. When I got to my appointment all the representatives were friendly, polite and professional. My service representative was Joanys Santiago. She was great! I ultimately had to wait for my car as it was snowing and did not wish to go back and forth. Joanys made my wait as pleasant as possible, even coming to the waiting periodically to give me a update as to how much longer it would take to finish the service. Very happy. Highly recommend Jaguar Huntington! More

My daughter and I were immediately introduced to our service representative Keith McKenna. Keith kept us updated on what was needed and when our car would be ready, and delivered as promised! The parking attendants even brought the car back when my daughter remembered something she left inside a "white Jaguar..." Thank you Huntington! More

Service Appraisal I had a 2000 S-Type before this XF, so I've had about 15 years of dealing with Huntington Jag Service. In all these years I don't believe I've ever I had a 2000 S-Type before this XF, so I've had about 15 years of dealing with Huntington Jag Service. In all these years I don't believe I've ever seen the same Service Reception crew at each visit. Many of the visits were not satisfactory, and the one that I had a year ago was probably the worst service experience I've had in my lifetime ( and I'm 87 ). This most recent one, for an air bag recall, was much better The car was finished on time, there were no collateral damages , and I had a nice loaner car ( XE). So, I'll give this visit an "A" rating. One thing bothered me though......prior to the scheduled visit, I received maybe three e-mail reminders, which is OK, but they asked if I wanted to reschedule......No.....I wanted to keep the date. When I brought the car in , the service agent told me I might not get the car back for a couple days because the "shop was backed-up". ( seems to me I've heard that before ). So, if that's the case why didn't they reschedule ? Anyway, it all ended well because the air bag fix was done by the late afternoon and my car was nicely washed. More

Good service and both timely and courteous. I was in for a 12-month service and inspection. They provided a loaner car and corrected an issue with the mirrors. Price gauging Cost of service was twice what contemporaneous mechanics charge for same service. They charged for over 6 hours when service took 3-4 hours.
