Auto Parking my car supposedly has auto park option. The new tech guy who came over my house couldn't locate it in the car. Totally unbelievable I took my brand new fpace in to have the apple car play updated and for them to look at a complaint I had for my drivers side seat. It sat for over a week at the dealer waiting for a part to be delivered. The part never arrived even to this date. The worst part though is the poor service you receive, I had to call every day to get updates, not a single call from them as promised. They apologized and told me they would have my car cleaned inside out before I picked it up( even though they didn’t fix anything). I picked up my car filthier then ever, no cleaning at all just finger print smudges all over everything. Total Bull Sxxt, and they think I am bringing my car back when the part gets in!!! Stay away from this place, oh and they have you stand outside to wait for your car because there is no waiting area for the service area. More

Worst purchasing experience of my life Email communication was great..that’s where it ended. After driving 4 hours for a vehicle that had been all but finalized prior to showing up, I still Email communication was great..that’s where it ended. After driving 4 hours for a vehicle that had been all but finalized prior to showing up, I still spent 8 hours inside of the dealership. Half of that 8 hours would’ve been acceptable as there were some noises that needed to be fixed and I understand the process does take some time. They threw a bandaid on the noise issues and ofcourse the noises showed back up after I drove off the lot. Lots of smiles before the signatures but afterwards they turned their backs. I regret doing business here and if I had to do it all over again I would’ve even sacrificed my preference of vehicle for a better purchasing experience. More

There is no communication at all within the organization, and a total lack of concern for customer satisfaction. the only bright spot was Rich Capetta, a service manager who attempted to apologize for the shoddy treatment that I received. I am going to take my business elsewhere...... More
