Communication with the Service Department was impossible. The only way that I was able to reach them was to call the Sales Department and ask a sales person to take a message to the Service Department -then The only way that I was able to reach them was to call the Sales Department and ask a sales person to take a message to the Service Department -then they tried to tell me that they had tried calling me - but that was a lie as my cell phone showed no incoming calls - also, no loaner cars and it took them 4 days for just a standard 70,000 mile service More
Annette was my Service Representative, and she was absolutely amazing. They are lucky to have her on staff! Stellar customer service, she was knowledgeable, fast and even setup a Lyft to get me to w absolutely amazing. They are lucky to have her on staff! Stellar customer service, she was knowledgeable, fast and even setup a Lyft to get me to work/back to the dealership when I was ready. My car was in for scheduled service under warranty, which ended up being much less service than I'd hoped, but that was on Jaguar, not the dealership. I did let Annette know I was disappointed that some things listed in the warranty weren't covered, and she gave me the number for Jaguar to so I could get in touch. Again, that's more about Jaguar not honoring their warranty, that's not reflected in this rating of the dealership. There was another younger gentleman who helped me when I went in for pick up while Annette was helping someone else, and he was also stellar...this was a very big difference from my prior vehicle (Land Rover) servicing, where people always seemed snooty and like I was bothering them. I'm not sure whether it's the change over to Autonation, or whether it was just the great employees I was lucky enough to encounter, but I had a great experience with the service dept. If I need anything done to my car in the future, I hope Annette will be there...she made me feel like I was first class! More
Tim -the new manager was very helpful getting my vehicle repaired. He took the time to listen and made every effort to make sure that I still able to come to work while my vehicle still needs to be fixed. H repaired. His attention to detail and reviewing the history of my vehicle shortened the time it took to repair. This whole process has been a nightmare however Tim and his team was the only 5 star part of the process. More
