The only issue was they were not able to give me much information on how to use certain items with the car as they are not a Volvo dealership, and we are still waiting on the service department to reach out to us as the service light is on in the car once we got it home stating that it needs to be serviced. We believed that they had done the service prior to the sale of the car. Only a week old, holiday thrown in there, so still working through it. All in all it was a great experience. More

I stopped in on a rainy Saturday to schedule an oil change, and my rear wiper was not working. Tim, the service manager asked if i could wait a couple of minutes, and he would take the car back to be change, and my rear wiper was not working. Tim, the service manager asked if i could wait a couple of minutes, and he would take the car back to be looked at. 10 minutes later he brought it back and he had it fixed, at no charge. Exceptional service!!! I brought the car in for an oil change on Tuesday, and waited while they serviced and washed my car. Exactly how long they said it would take, and the car looked beautiful. Their service was exceptional, and Adrian, my service advisor, did a great job! Very pleased with the service and customer service!!! More
