My Jaguar F-Pace had weird things happen with coolant pressure and engine failure lights, pegged temperature and barely drivable. I just moved back to Texas and had to find a dealership. I went through Jaguars customer service to get help and that process is pretty long LOL. But they were helpful and in the end, I got my car back and it’s running great. my service advisor, Phil, stayed in communication with me and kept me updated through the entire process. Very professional and highly recommend this dealership. More
I arrived at 7:30AM and Ms. Carla Waddell met me and walked me inside to her desk. She looked my Jaguar up and explained what services were due. Ms. Waddell showed me the recommended package which I chose. I choose to wait in the waiting area. Later, Ms. Waddell came and explained that I had a vacuum pump leaking oil. She described the problem and showed me the cost which I approved. Also, she recommended I replace the power belt while the vacuum pump was being installed. I approved the belt also. Everything got done and my car was washed before noon. I was very pleased with the service I received. I will always use Jaguar Norton with all my service needs. Kind Regards, Robin Exum More
Promises broken, reasonable expectations set and they fell short. First off they sold me a vehicle with a fuel door that would not unlock due to it being broken. Nice. They said they could transfer fell short. First off they sold me a vehicle with a fuel door that would not unlock due to it being broken. Nice. They said they could transfer my Disabled Veteran plates, they were adamant about it! After waiting a few weeks they called to say they couldn't transfer them so they ordered plates and the plates were in. I had requested they let me know if there was any issue with the transfer and I would assist, but DO NOT ORDER NEW PLATES. Was told "oh well we couldn't do it". The form to submit a plate transfer isn't even a half page, and shouldve been submitted with the initial registration. More
