From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted by name, which made me feel my time was worth something and my business with them was of utmost importance. From the test drive to the finance office was a pleasure. Usually the finance segment of a sale is dreadful,but not here. They made us feel so comfortable. Was I truly at the dealership? This was the most relaxed environment. Mind, I was somewhat weary having drove 2 hours, but it was worth it and for service like this I would drive twice the distance. Peacock auto mall has won my business for as long as their doors are open. More

Practically every thing was done prior to my arrival!The finance team on the back end explained all options available to me as well as outlining meticulously the warranty coverage. Great representive I haven't been to this dealership before. I found the 2009 Infiniti FX35 online 1st on Cargurus and then I called my bank USAA and they told me to log I haven't been to this dealership before. I found the 2009 Infiniti FX35 online 1st on Cargurus and then I called my bank USAA and they told me to login and get a $200.00 coupon online. The representative Jude and Jiim were great and very professional. I am getting my new tires installed Monday. I will make my next purchase from this company and refer my friends and family. More
Service appt I was in from out of town. Normally have my car LR2 serviced by a local shop that is LR/Jag certified. Appt was for 1pm EST, left at 3pm EST. 2hrs f I was in from out of town. Normally have my car LR2 serviced by a local shop that is LR/Jag certified. Appt was for 1pm EST, left at 3pm EST. 2hrs for an oil change!?!?! Normally takes my local shop about 20 minutes with appt, 30 min if I walk in. Price was about same ($95) More
