Service person I was scheduled to see was on the phone so I waited then walked outside. He got off the phone and didn’t try to help. A lady checked me in. He never did speak to me, wasn’t friendly and seems not to be a people person. The problem with my car is something that this dealer has fixed before. It cost me thousands of dollars to fix it and the dealership won’t fix it at their expense. I am very disappointed and after I get this problem fixed, I don’t plan to ever use this dealership again!! Great people, great service. I received free tires and free brakes from the dealership and that was nothing compared to the friendly, professional service. The staff at the dealership was very pleasant and attentive. The service person very carefully explained what work needed attention immediately and what items could wait until the next service. My only complaint is that it seemed to take quite a long time to finish the authorized work, which didn’t seem to be that involved. My appointment was at 9AM and I didn’t leave the dealership until after noon. That said I was satisfied with the dealership and will be back for the next scheduled service. More
Had a good experience with this service appointment. Only thing was that when they washed the car, no one dried it off and there were water spots all over the car. Had to take it to the car wash, which was minor compared to the problem I had when I bought the car 4 years ago. It was my first Jaguar. There were some paint issues that I brought to their attention and they said the problems would be taken care of, and I quote, " to my satisfaction." When I came back to pick up the car, the problems had not been taken care of as I thought they would and they said there was nothing more that they could do. I tried to pursue it, with no success. The car is beautiful and I love it, but will have to have it painted at some point. AARRGGHHH More

The service writer Andrew didn't know how to start my car which then turn into technician trying to jump my car from under the hood.. so if the battery was dead the trunk would not open. service writer didn' which then turn into technician trying to jump my car from under the hood.. so if the battery was dead the trunk would not open. service writer didn't hold the start button down long enough, so technician had him pop the trunk, and jump from the battery...service writer still didn't hold the start button long enough.. technician had to start it.. the technician told the service writer that he needed to hold the start button down longer.. that's all it was.. This was happening as I was standing there. Ready to pick up my car after the service was done. The first time it happened when they first tried to drive it in the shop.. I had some personal stuff in the trunk so whoever took the stuff out of my trunk to get to the battery put it in the back seat and SCRATCHED MY PAINT!!😡😡 just threw it in the backseat with no respect of other people property, put my weights on my leather seats instead of placing on the floor🤔.. keep in mind my battery is about two months old.. (brand new) I wish I would have taken pictures of my backseat how they had everything thrown in there and the scratch but at the time I was so frustrated on them trying to get it started that I didn't notice the scratch till I got home!! And the scratch is on the same side of the door where they loaded the stuff in, I know my car just as good as anyone else, that scratch was not there before😡😡.. I wish there was another Jaguar dealership close by because I hate taking my car there!!😵💫🤦 More
