Jag went in for service, Jag came back broken! Worst service department in the history of Jaguar! Where do you take your treasured Jag for a simple Tekata airbag recall, and get it back with broken pieces on your dash trim and a broken air vent? Jaguar of Fort Lauderdale, that's where! Getting them to fix what they broke was an even bigger hassle. Robert Irvine, the service advisor, was unresponsive, ineffective and non apologetic. I've got some advice for this advisor, find another job. Maybe there's a log out there that needs another bump! More

My XKR has electrical and battery problems that require towing every few months. I put up with it because I like the car, BUT Alpine service is so cumbersome to work with I'm seriously thinking of getting a different car. It's been this way for two years and not much has changed since the AutoNation acquisition. My client adviser is hard to reach and actually has yet to return my call. Car usually not ready when needed. Overall this dealership is a big letdown for the brand. The experience at Audi is far better. Also they recently changed towing providers to AAA with practically zero training. I had to stop one of the drivers from trying to drag my car onto the bed. He had no idea how to put the car in neutral or how to properly hook it. Please don't let this happen to you. Jags have an aluminum frame and hooking them from the bottom can total the car or cause serious damage. More

When I got two other quotes in Vegas they were significantly less , if I could only find a good place in Fort L that is trust worthy for all my car needs , dealers are rip offs , More

Nice people/excessive pricing I have owned many Jaguars but always look at the at Alpine and buy somewhere else. Not hard to do since they are not selling one of a kind autos. Save I have owned many Jaguars but always look at the at Alpine and buy somewhere else. Not hard to do since they are not selling one of a kind autos. Save thousands on the same car at another nearby dealer. As for service, they are very friendly and courteous but sneaky! Recent oil change did reveal a damaged tire for which they quoted $340 incl mounting and balance. No one mentioned a labor charge of $33 until queried in detail. How do you mount and balance without labor? Also Lund cabin air filter needed replacement for 124. Plus tax. This is at best a $22. Item that is easily replaced in about 10 minutes under the hood. I'm not sure why otherwise intelligent people do their repairs beyond oil change...at alpine. I certainly don't . Find a jag specialist in your locale that is not a dealer and send your savings. To a charity of your choice. More
WORSE jag Dealer on the planet! This dealer is money hungry, do not care about the customers and they love to impose expensive unnecessary repairs up on customers. I had 3 Jaguars s This dealer is money hungry, do not care about the customers and they love to impose expensive unnecessary repairs up on customers. I had 3 Jaguars so far, not the best car, nor the worse, but this guys are trained to screw you overcharging for profit. Next car will not be a Jaguar for the price of service and support you can pay for a real premium vehicle. Be aware stay from Alpine Jaguar don't get taken with their gimmicks and overcharging. More

My last repair cost over 8k and it took over 5 weeks to repair. They initially quoted me two weeks and blamed everything on geico, ultimately I had to pay for it and instead of offering a solution they kept pointing the finger. Service advisors don't really care about customer service but instead will send you a survey after the repair is done begging for you to give them a 10 instead of truly earning it. Service managers will try to belittle you instead of working with you to find a solution. They repIaced an arm rest in the vehicle that had two different leather patterns and stated to me that there was nothing they can do about it. I had over $800 worth of rental car fees and I drove 45 minutes from Miami to bring them 7k of business. Instead of acknoweldging that they left me with the $800 bill. Very very bad experience considering i've spent over 12k with Alpine jaguar within one year. I would not recommend them for service instead I would go to Warren Henry Jaguar. More
