Worst service experience we’ve ever had. For the record, James Happel doesn’t return emails or phone calls. He sends incorrect invoices. He says our vehicle has been fixed when it hasn’t. All doors and trunk could no longer be locked or opened with the key fob. Instead the metal emergency key could be used only on the drivers door for access after the others were locked from within. After approximately a week we were told that the problem was a chip in the onboard computer that required replacement. However chips came in from overseas and therefore we would have to wait for months until they arrived. Finally decided to try the service department at West Palm Beach Jag. Within a few hours the next business day we received a call that they found out what the problem was; the gas cap door would not close and secure properly thereby preventing all other doors from closing. Unbelievable! Pathetic service at Fort Lauderdale. Worst I've ever experienced in the automotive industry. Anyone requiring fast, professional, exacting diagnostics should go to West Palm Beach Jag. The absolute Best. In closing Alpine quoted over $3000.00 and WPB charged less then $700. I rest my case!!!!! More
My 2019 Jaguar F-Pace is a lemon. Has been in 2 service departments over 50+ days. I was told I spilled liquid in my cup holder and that liquid was the reason my car stopped working. Plus, I’ve has issues with my push button starts since 500 miles. Service returned my car to me with my back console not out back into place. They are 💯 incompetent. I was advised to lie to JLR corporate about the liquid situation. Why would I do that? GM Bob willing to help me until JLR denied my 2nd buyback claim. This car came from a different dealer but the issues are still not fixed. I wouldn’t buy or service your car there unless you prefer dishonesty. More

On 04/23/19, I took my 2017 Jaguar F Pace to the Jaguar Fort Lauderdale dealership for scheduled yearly maintenance and was told that it will cost me $500!! I explained that this yearly service is covered for 6 years of 50,000 miles. They promptly replied that the yearly maintenance must occur during your anniversary month that you purchased the vehicle!! I have never heard of such a thing. Considering that this vehicle was just at there location for mechanical service on 10/18 with 24k miles and then on 04/19 with 25k miles....and this service was NOT conducted on either of these dates!! I had to take my Jaguar to a local garage down the road and pay $100 for an oil change although I paid Jaguar $80,000.00 for a vehicle that was supposed to include yearly maintenance for 6 years!! Getting them to fix what they broke was an even bigger hassle. Robert Irvine, the service advisor, was unresponsive, ineffective and non apologetic. I've got some advice for this advisor, find another job. Maybe there's a log out there that needs another bump! More

My XKR has electrical and battery problems that require towing every few months. I put up with it because I like the car, BUT Alpine service is so cumbersome to work with I'm seriously thinking of getting a different car. It's been this way for two years and not much has changed since the AutoNation acquisition. My client adviser is hard to reach and actually has yet to return my call. Car usually not ready when needed. Overall this dealership is a big letdown for the brand. The experience at Audi is far better. Also they recently changed towing providers to AAA with practically zero training. I had to stop one of the drivers from trying to drag my car onto the bed. He had no idea how to put the car in neutral or how to properly hook it. Please don't let this happen to you. Jags have an aluminum frame and hooking them from the bottom can total the car or cause serious damage. More
