I would like to thank my service advisor Amanda Levy for going the extra mile during my visit. Diane who my advisor was out on the day of my visit. Let's face it, no one likes to take their car in for service especially for reoccurring issues. However, service reps like Jose Mena make the process less painful by keeping me informed, being responsiv service especially for reoccurring issues. Diane Willey as my service contact was very nice and helpful. Without her respectful personal assistance I would not have been as comfortable with this dealership. Diane made me feel appreciated as a Jaguar customer. I have had a very difficult time getting thru to them on the phone. I don’t know whether it is because of their recent move to a new location or because they are understaffed. When I do each someone I get all of my questions answered beautifully. Since I picked my car up my Internet service has stopped working. I did get a return phone call to explain about my outdated Sim card. The transition took place while the car was in the possession of the dealership. That means that I drove in with all of that working perfectly and left without being able to use my Bluetooth or even my Waze app in the car. I am hoping that someone will be available to help me make that work. I feel like it was a disservice that occurred that I noticed as I was driving out of the dealership at closing time. My proximity this dealership makes it such that I hope to have an ongoing relationship with them where I can count on good service. Diane made me feel appreciated as a loyal Jaguar customer. More
