I was told that certain repairs were necessary when they were not needed. I asked them to check my breaks and was told that the Rear Brake Discs and Pads needed replaces $1,047.94. Since they had my car for over a week and nothing had been done yet, I picked up my car and took it someplace else. I had the breaks checked again and was told everything is fine. I'm not even halfway through the pads. I really miss Alpine Jaguar. Their service department was amazing. Even though they merged with the dealership on Copans, it's not the same. I always felt very taken care of and could trust what they told me. More
I brought my car in to the dealership due to the check engine light that came on and minor issues - and was assisted efficiently by your Assistant Service Manager, Alfred Pagliaro. I am quite disappointed in the lack of resources with this dealership. I mean this is the iconic JAGUAR brand! The same brand that the Queen of England used to be chauffeured in....and you have a better this dealership. I mean this is the iconic JAGUAR brand! The same brand that the Queen of England used to be chauffeured in....and you have a better chance of winning the lottery then to get a loaner. Far less prestigious brands are able to accommodate their customers so you would think that this brand would almost guarantee a car for their customers. After my visit....on the way home my sunroof shade malfunctioned and wouldn't close. I immediately called the dealer and was told that the earliest appointment was Feb 7th. Almost two months away! I was just there less than 24hours ago and the level of service that this Iconic brand could deliver is a Two Month Away appt. For a minor sunshade! I thought joining the AutoNation family would be an improvement but that has yet to been seen. My advisor was nice enough but I came and need the dealer primarily for repair/maintenance and I need those services delivered as conveniently as possible. That is where this dealership fails miserably! It is a ordeal or more like a mission to get things done. More
